By filling out this online form, you make an official complaint to the CNP concerning a broadcasted TV or Radio programme. After a preliminary investigation to determine whether the complaint is justified, the CNP asks the broadcaster to give a statement and to provide an extract of the mentioned programme. After having received all the required documents, the CNP Executive will analyse the complaint and will submit its conclusion to the involved parties. When there is a complaint of public interest, the CNP has the right to make a press release concerning the quintessence of the complaint.
